RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Mare Grise, we want you to feel confident in every purchase.

We gladly accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 21 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

: Unworn
: Unused
: Unwashed
: Unaltered
: Returned with original tags attached

• Items that show signs of wear, damage, stains, odors, or alterations may not be accepted.

• Seasonal sale items are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery unless marked Final Sale.

• Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Mare Grise reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the above requirements.

RETURN PROCESS

Please include:

: Your order number
: The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
: Reason for the return or exchange

Once your request is approved, return instructions will be provided.

Customers are responsible for securely packaging returned items and retaining tracking information until the return has been processed.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow:

: 2–5 business days for processing
: Additional time depending on your financial institution

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our end.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If your requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be issued instead.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are final sale and cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
